目的:探讨优质护理服务在临床中的应用的效果。方法:召开全科护理人员动员大会,明确了优质护理服务意义、目的和标准要求。进一步明确分级护理的服务内涵和服务项目。结果:护士的工作积极性得到了显著的提高,患者对护理工作的满意度稳步提高,实现了“护理纠纷零投诉,护患沟通零距离”。结论:在全社会树立医疗卫生行业全心全意为人民服务的良好形象,促进医患关系和谐。真正实现患者满意、社会满意、政府满意。
Objective: To explore the effect of quality nursing service in clinical application. Methods: Held a general nursing staff mobilization meeting, defined the meaning of quality nursing services, purpose and standards. To further clarify the classification of nursing services and services. Results: The work enthusiasm of nurses has been significantly improved, patients’ satisfaction with nursing work has been steadily improved, and “zero complaints about nursing disputes and nurse-patient communication” have been achieved. Conclusion: In the society as a whole, we should establish a good image of serving the people wholeheartedly in the health care industry and promote the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
