随着教改的进一步深入,高职院校的人力资源管理工作也需要不断开拓创新,本文结合相关实际工作对高职院校人力资源的柔性管理以理论层面进行阐述。
With the deepening of education reform, human resources management in higher vocational colleges also needs continuous exploration and innovation. This paper elaborates the flexible management of human resources in higher vocational colleges with theoretical aspects in light of relevant practical work.
