在6种不同恒温条件下,观察了嗜虫书虱各虫态的存活率及成虫的繁殖力,进而组建了嗜虫书虱在6种恒温条件下的实验种群生命表。分析结果表明,卵期孵化率在25℃中最高,在35℃中则明显下降。若虫期存活率以28℃中为最高,30℃次之。在6种温度中的世代存活率和雌虫平均产卵量均呈抛物线趋势。在试验范围内的种群增长指数可以用二次抛物线方程表示。在20℃~35℃范围内,种群世代数量都是上升的趋势,在最适温度下繁殖一代,种群数量约增加7.81倍。
The survival rate and adult fecundity of the insect lice were observed under 6 different isothermal conditions, and the life table of the test population of louse lice was established under 6 constant temperature conditions. The results showed that the hatching rate in egg stage was the highest at 25 ℃ and significantly decreased at 35 ℃. The nymphal survival rate was the highest at 28 ℃, followed by 30 ℃. There was a parabolic trend in survival and fecundity at 6 generations. The population growth index within the experimental range can be expressed by the quadratic parabola equation. In the range of 20 ℃ ~ 35 ℃, the number of population generations are all increasing. Under the optimum temperature, the population multiplies about 7.81 times.
