无机氟对人体的损伤,主要表现在骨骼系统氟和钙的异常蓄积、骨结构异常及骨周韧带的钙化/骨化等,通常称为氟骨症。为探讨氟作业工人骨髂密度的早期变化,我们自1975年以来,用金属(铜)梯形板比较骨密度的方法研究了铝冶炼厂和磷肥作业工人骨骼密度的变化及其他X线表现的关系,报告了正常成人骨盆及胫骨密度。以后,我们对部分氟作业工人进行了连续七年的动态观察,探究连续从事氟作业和脱离氟作业者骨骼密度的变化及其与其他X线表现的关系。现报告如下。
