将模糊控制引入到常规PID控制中,设计了一种基于模糊PID控制的电锅炉温度控制系统。与常规PID控制器和模糊控制器相比,模糊PID控制改善了温度控制系统的动态性能,并能更快地达到最优温度。采用MATLAB中的Simulink和Fuzzy工具箱,对电锅炉模糊PID控制系统进行了仿真分析。结果表明参数自整定模糊PID控制效果达到了电锅炉温度控制系统的性能指标。以AT89C51单片机为控制核心,设计了温度智能控制器,实现了温度的采集与控制、超限报警等各种功能。
The fuzzy control is introduced into the conventional PID control, and a kind of electric boiler temperature control system based on fuzzy PID control is designed. Compared with the conventional PID controller and fuzzy controller, fuzzy PID control improves the dynamic performance of the temperature control system and achieves the optimal temperature faster. Simulink and Fuzzy Toolbox in MATLAB are used to simulate and analyze the fuzzy PID control system of electric boiler. The results show that the parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID control effect has reached the performance index of the electric boiler temperature control system. AT89C51 microcontroller as the control center, designed a temperature controller, temperature acquisition and control, overrun alarm and other functions.
