目的探讨川天麻性状变量和品质变量的关系,建立性状-产量参数与品质多指标的多元数学函数模型。方法参考《中国药典》(2015版,一部),测定川天麻性状-产量参数与品质指标,并利用SPSS 19.0和Matlab分析软件对数据进行分析处理。结果建立了川天麻性状-产量参数与品质多指标的多元线性和非线性函数模型。在多元线性分析中,天麻素含量指标可以通过两个变量因子线性表示;在多元非线性分析中,川天麻的各品质指标与总长度、中段周长/长度比值有着很显著的关联性。结论基于不同的数学函数模型,我们可以对天麻块茎中的天麻素、醇浸出物、多糖及水浸出物的含量进行预估,本研究为系统建立川天麻品质评价体系提供了基础理论依据,为天麻资源的综合开发利用提供了基础研究资料。
Objective To explore the relationship between trait variables and quality variables of Gastrodia elata Blume, and to establish a multivariate mathematical function model of trait-yield parameters and quality indexes. Methods With reference to “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” (2015 edition, a), the traits - yield parameters and quality indexes of Gastrodia elata Blume were determined, and the data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 and Matlab software. Results The multivariate linear and nonlinear function models of traits of gastrodia elata, yield parameters and quality indices were established. In multivariate linear analysis, gastrodin content can be linearly expressed by two variable factors. In multivariate nonlinear analysis, each quality index of Chuan gastrodia tuber has a significant correlation with total length and middle length / length ratio. Conclusions Based on different mathematical function models, we can estimate the content of gastrodin, alcohol extract, polysaccharide and water extract in the tuber of Gastrodia elata Blume. The study provided the basic theory basis for establishing the quality evaluation system of Gastrodia elata Blume Gastrodia Comprehensive Development and Utilization of resources to provide basic research information.
