对人的认识,尤其是对人的本质的认识,无论是教育者还是管理者都应把它作为自己工作的基础。也就是说,不管是教育人或教育过程或教育方法,管理人或管理过程或管理手段,都应植根于人的本质属性之中。任何一项管理制度或行政命令的制定,都应该是从人出发,建构在“人”的基础上的一项基本工作。本文旨在从管理工作的对象——大学生的属性出发,帮助大学生明确要承担的社会角色,围绕着影响大学生属性变化的因素探究学生管理的普适工作和应对对策。
Knowledge of people, especially people’s nature, both educators and managers should take it as the basis for their own work. That is, whether it is an educator or an educational process or an educational method, a manager or a management process or management tool, should all be rooted in the essential attributes of man. The formulation of any administrative system or administrative order should be a basic work starting from people and building on the basis of “people”. The purpose of this paper is to help college students to clarify the social roles to be undertaken from the attributes of university students, and to probe into the universal work and countermeasures of student management around the factors that affect the changes of college students’ attributes.
