运用文献资料法、调查法等方法,对内蒙古中学生田径训练现状进行了调查分析,得出结果,从而提出一些有利于自治区中学生田径训练的建议对策。研究结果表明:参训教师学历程度较高,学校领导对参训教师专业培训支持不够,为参训教师参加专业技能培训提供的培训学习机会少;参训教师参训积极性高,参训学生参训目的明确,主要以升学为主,参训学生家长支持学生参训力度不够;参训教师工作量大,待遇偏低,专职参训教师缺乏;参训学生文化课学习与参训存在矛盾,参加比赛的次数偏少;学校管理者对中学田径训练不够重视,训练经费不足,来源渠道单一,仅靠拨款,场地、器材缺乏,对训练成绩有较大的影响。 By means of literature review, investigation and other methods, the status quo of middle school track and field training in Inner Mongolia was investigated and analyzed, and the results were obtained. Some suggestions were put forward to promote the track and field training for middle school students in Inner Mongolia. The results show that: the higher the education level of the participating teachers, the insufficient support for the professional training of the participating teachers, the less training and learning opportunities for the participating teachers to participate in the professional skills training; the high participation of participating teachers in the training, The purpose of the training is clear, mainly to further study, the parents of students to participate in training students to support the training is not enough; participating teachers training workload is low, the lack of full-time teachers; trainee students in cultural studies and training there is conflict, School attendants did not pay enough attention to track and field training in middle schools. There were not enough training funds and single source channels. The funding of schools, lack of funds and facilities and lack of equipment had a great impact on training results.
