随着市场经济的不断发展,各企业之间的竞争也变得越来越激烈。企业要想实现长远的发展,关键是要促进人力资源管理与企业战略的契合,且这种契合已经成为企业实现人力资源管理战略性发展的核心内容。本文就人力资源管理与企业战略的契合性进行了深入的研究与分析,对以往的契合研究作了简要的回顾和阐述,并对其分类作了系统性的概述,同时还描述了契合类型中具有代表性的横向契合与纵向契合的含义及内容,进而提出了促进人力资源管理与企业战略契合的有效建议和策略。
With the continuous development of the market economy, competition among enterprises has become more and more intense.
