对温轧后的45钢进行球化退火,研究了温轧及球化退火工艺参数的变化对退火组织与性能的影响,讨论了45钢温轧+球化退火工艺的可行性。结果表明,温轧能加速球化和再结晶过程;随着退火温度和保温时间的增加,球化和再结晶更加充分。退火后渗碳体平均粒径在1.2μm以下,铁素体粒径在2.5μm以下,综合力学性能良好。该退火工艺简单,周期短,证明了温轧工艺的可行性。
The microstructures and properties of the hot rolled and spheroidized 45 steel were studied by spheroidizing annealing. The effects of the parameters of the hot rolling and spheroidizing annealing on the microstructure and properties were studied. The feasibility of the hot rolling and spheroidizing annealing of 45 steel was discussed. The results showed that warm rolling accelerated the process of spheroidization and recrystallization. With the increase of annealing temperature and holding time, the spheroidization and recrystallization were more sufficient. After annealing, the average cementite size is less than 1.2μm, the ferrite size is less than 2.5μm, and the comprehensive mechanical properties are good. The annealing process is simple, short cycle, proving the feasibility of warm rolling process.
