Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBO) is commonly used adjunctive therapy after head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, however, HBO also promote the growth of minimal residual lesions. The purpose of this paper is to study the animal model of squamous cell carcinoma in nude mice.
