目的:总结非功能性胰岛细胞瘤的诊断及治疗经验。方法:回顾分析1990～2000年收治的8例非功能性胰岛细胞瘤的临床资料。结果:行胰十二指肠切除术1例,胰体尾切除加脾脏功能切除术4例,保留脾脏功能的胰体尾切除术3例。免疫组织化学证实均有一定程度的内分泌功能。结论:非功能性胰岛细胞瘤的良恶性判断取决于其生物学行为。积极手术治疗的疗效满意。
Objective: To summarize the diagnosis and treatment experience of non-functional islet cell tumor. Methods: The clinical data of 8 cases of non-functional islet cell tumor who were admitted from 1990 to 2000 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Pancreaticoduodenectomy in 1 case, pancreatectomy plus splenicctomy in 4 cases, preserved spleen function in 3 cases of pancreatectomy. Immunohistochemistry confirmed a certain degree of endocrine function. Conclusions: The benign and malignant judgments of non-functional islet cell tumors depend on their biological behavior. Satisfactory efficacy of active surgical treatment.
