目的探讨颈动脉狭窄程度与MPO水平对缺血性脑卒中的影响。方法将我院接受治疗的160例缺血性脑卒中患者作为研究对象,根据MPO的水平分为MPO正常组(75例)和MPO上升组(85例),同时根据患者的动脉狭窄程度分为狭窄程度≤50%组、狭窄程度51%~69%组以及狭窄程度≥70%组共3组,分析其颈动脉狭窄程度、血清MPO水平与缺血性脑卒中之间的关系。结果通过分析MPO正常组以及MPO升高组患者出现梗死灶的例数,发现两组患者动脉狭窄程度>50%区间出现梗死灶人数比例比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而MPO上升组患者在动脉狭窄程度≤50%区间出现梗死灶人数比例显著高于MPO正常组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);分析狭窄程度≤50%组、狭窄程度51%~69%组以及狭窄程度≥70%组患者出现梗死灶的例数,发现动脉狭窄程度>50%区间MPO水平升高组和MPO水平正常组患者出现梗死灶人数比例比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而狭窄程度≤50%组区间MPO水平升高组的出现梗死灶人数比例明显高于MPO正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颈动脉狭窄程度和缺血性脑卒中的关系不大,而当狭窄程度≤50%时血清MPO水平与缺血性脑卒中关系密切,这为通过血浆MPO水平来判断缺血性脑卒中提供了依据。
Objective To investigate the effect of carotid artery stenosis and MPO level on ischemic stroke. Conclusions The degree of carotid artery stenosis is not related to ischemic stroke. When the stenosis is less than or equal to 50%, the level of MPO is closely related to ischemic stroke, which is the basis for judging the incidence of ischemic stroke through the level of plasma MPO The basis.
