什么叫主食?主食一般是指供应人们一日三餐消费,满足人体基本能量和营养摄入需求的主要食品。传统主食营养组成上一般以碳水化合物为主,如以淀粉为主要成分的米饭、馒头、面条或者其它谷类、薯类制品等。现代主食还包括以畜禽、水产品、果蔬、豆类等为原料、含多种营养成分的菜肴等家庭餐桌食品。我国主食食用习惯有什么地域特点?受自然环境、农作物种植结构、生产生活方式、文化传统及民族等因素影响,我国主食消费存在非常明显的地域性差异。总的特点是:南方主产大米,以米制品为主;北方主产小麦、玉米等,以面制品为主,而东北、华北部分地区也将大米作为主食之一。我国山东、河南、河北、山西、陕西、 What is the staple food?
