什么叫主食?主食一般是指供应人们一日三餐消费,满足人体基本能量和营养摄入需求的主要食品。传统主食营养组成上一般以碳水化合物为主,如以淀粉为主要成分的米饭、馒头、面条或者其它谷类、薯类制品等。现代主食还包括以畜禽、水产品、果蔬、豆类等为原料、含多种营养成分的菜肴等家庭餐桌食品。我国主食食用习惯有什么地域特点?受自然环境、农作物种植结构、生产生活方式、文化传统及民族等因素影响,我国主食消费存在非常明显的地域性差异。总的特点是:南方主产大米,以米制品为主;北方主产小麦、玉米等,以面制品为主,而东北、华北部分地区也将大米作为主食之一。我国山东、河南、河北、山西、陕西、
What is the staple food? Staple food is generally refers to the supply of food for three meals a day to meet the basic energy and nutritional needs of the main human intake of food. The traditional staple food nutrition composition generally carbohydrates, such as starch as the main ingredient of rice, bread, noodles or other cereals, potato products. Modern staple food also includes family table food with livestock and poultry, aquatic products, fruits and vegetables, beans and other raw materials, containing a variety of nutrients and other dishes.
