观察了40例慢性肾衰(CRF)病人淋巴细胞增殖反应与白介素2/白介素2受体(IL-2/IL-2R)系统之间的关系。结果表明:(1)CRF病人淋巴细胞在体外培养时,IL-2产生水平以及对丝裂素原和抗原刺激的增殖反应明显低于正常组,培养上清IL-2水平与淋巴细胞转化率呈正相关。外源性,IL-2可明显增强CRF及正常组的淋巴细胞增殖反应,但前者的增幅明显高于正常对照。(2)CRF组淋巴细胞表面IL-2R的自发表达及血浆和淋巴细胞培养上清中SIL-2R水平均较正常明显增高,血浆sIL-2R与血浆肌酐水平呈正相关。在维持性血透病人,血浆sIL-2R并与透析时间有关。由此表明,CRF时的淋巴细胞增殖反应缺陷与IL-2水平低下有关,而后者可能是因淋巴细胞生成减少以及淋巴细胞预激活而致IL-2吸收增加所致。
The relationship between lymphocyte proliferation and interleukin 2 / interleukin 2 receptor (IL-2 / IL-2R) system in 40 patients with chronic renal failure (CRF) was observed. The results showed that: (1) IL-2 production and lymphocyte proliferation in CRF patients were significantly lower than that in normal group when cultured in vitro. Thus, CRF defects in lymphocyte proliferation response and low levels of IL-2, which may be due to decreased production of lymphocytes and pre-activation of lymphocytes caused by increased IL-2 absorption.
