目的:采用超声波法提取三黄片中的大黄素和大黄酚,用高效液相色谱法测定其含量,并与传统回流提取法比较,以优化和改进药典方法。方法:以超声波提取法为试验组,以传统回流法(药典法)为对照组,进行平行试验;用反相高效液相色谱法测定大黄素与大黄酚的含量。结果:采用超声波法和传统回流法分别提取三黄片中的大黄素和大黄酚,测定结果显示提取量相当。结论:超声波法提取三黄片中的大黄素和大黄酚较传统回流法而言,具有节省时间、操作简便等优点,值得推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: To extract emodin and chrysophanol in Sanhuang tablets by ultrasonic method and determine their content by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Compare with the traditional reflux extraction method to optimize and improve Pharmacopoeia. Methods: The ultrasonic extraction method was used as the experimental group. The traditional reflux method (Pharmacopoeia method) was used as the control group, and the parallel experiment was carried out. The content of emodin and chrysophanol was determined by RP-HPLC. Results: The emodin and chrysophanol in Sanhuang tablets were respectively extracted by ultrasonic method and traditional reflux method. The results showed that the extraction amount was quite. Conclusion: The extraction of emodin and chrysophanol in Sanhuang tablets by ultrasonic wave has the advantages of saving time, simple operation and so on, which is worth popularizing and applying.
