目的评价山东省某100×104t/a水泥粉磨站项目职业病危害控制效果。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查、职业病危害因素检测和定量分级方法进行评价。结果项目存在粉尘、噪声等职业危害;原料、球磨、包装车间粉尘时间加权平均浓度为0.1~3.47 mg/m3,共检测10个粉尘作业岗位,均低于国家职业接触限值;噪声作业点检测14个作业点,除球磨机超标外,其他作业点均符合国家职业接触限值。结论职业病危害控制措施可行有效,但要加强球磨机噪声的职业病危害控制措施。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in a 100 × 104t / a cement grinding station in Shandong Province. Methods The field occupational hygiene survey, occupational disease risk factors testing and quantitative grading method were used to evaluate. Results The project possessed occupational hazards such as dust and noise. The weighted average concentration of dust in raw materials, ball mill and packaging workshop was 0.1 ~ 3.47 mg / m3. A total of 10 dust jobs were detected, all of which were lower than the national occupational exposure limit. 14 operating points, in addition to ball mill exceeded, other operating points are in line with national occupational exposure limits. Conclusion The control measures of occupational hazards are feasible and effective, but the control measures of occupational hazards of ball mill noise should be strengthened.
