以邻硝基苯胺为起始原料,经邻硝基苯胺的重氮化、L-半胱氨酸与邻硝基苯重氮盐的取代反应等步骤制备SOPC,通过活性炭吸附、氨水洗脱和硅胶柱层析纯化,所得产品在熔点、晶形、紫外和红外吸收等方面与文献报道相一致.将合成的SOPC应用于8 株工程菌和1 株宿主菌的色氨酸酶活力测定,结果表明工程菌色氨酸酶的活力比宿主菌均有不同程度的提高,其中WW-53 号比宿主菌高15 倍.
The o-nitroaniline was used as the starting material to prepare SOPC by diazotization of o-nitroaniline, substitution reaction of L-cysteine and o-nitrobenzene diazonium salt, Purification by silica gel column chromatography, the product obtained in the melting point, crystal form, UV and infrared absorption and other aspects of the literature reported consistent. The synthetic SOPC was applied to the determination of tryptophanase activity of eight engineering bacteria and one host bacteria. The results showed that the activity of tryptophanase of the engineering bacteria increased to some extent than that of the host bacteria, and WW-53 was higher than that of the host 15 times higher bacteria.
