采用免疫组化法分析60例结肠癌、结肠息肉和结肠炎标本中p16和CDK4的蛋白表达。结肠癌和结肠息肉组织中p16表达随细胞分化程度降低而减少;结肠炎组织p16表达高于癌和息肉组,CDK4在上述三种组织中表达无显著差异;推测结肠组织从癌前病变至癌变发展中有p16对CDK4抑制失调。该检测方法亦为临床上区分癌与癌前病变及变化趋势提供辅助诊断方法。
Immunohistochemistry was used to analyze the expression of p16 and CDK4 in 60 specimens of colon cancer, colon polyps, and colitis. The expression of p16 in colon cancer and colon polyp tissue decreased with the decrease of cell differentiation; the expression of p16 in colitis tissue was higher than that in cancer and polyps, and there was no significant difference in the expression of CDK4 in these three tissues. It was speculated that the colon tissue changed from precancerous lesions to cancerous lesions. In development, p16 has an inhibitory effect on CDK4 inhibition. The detection method also provides an auxiliary diagnostic method for clinically distinguishing cancer from precancerous lesions and trends.
