点心作为一种食品,既可果腹,还能调剂口味、丰富筵席、活跃市场。现时市上供应的点心,有中式点心和西式点心两类。 中国烹饪文化,植根千家万户,通古融今,积累了中国劳动人民智慧的火花,同样,中国的点心也有着悠久的历史和高超的技艺,是祖国的珍贵文化遗产之一。目前中式点心品种繁博,口味多样,为人们的饮食生活增添了色彩,在世界烹饪大赛及国际交流表演活动中享有极高声誉。
