梅山铁矿矿石含硫甚高,全矿平均含硫2.1%。采出原矿经干磁一重选预选获得铁硫混合租精矿,入磨反浮选脱硫,副产硫精矿。为防止目的铁矿物过粉碎受磨矿细度制约,分选精度受到限制,硫精矿质量不高。其产生的铁损与硫损,对矿山经济效益有不利影响。本文试图从工艺矿物学与技术经济相结合方面阐述这一问题,并寻求对策。
Meishan iron ore high sulfur content, the average ore sulfur content of 2.1%. Mining ore by dry magnetic re-election pre-selected iron and sulfur mixed leased concentrate, into the mill anti-flotation desulfurization, by-product sulfur concentrate. In order to prevent the purpose of iron ore crushing by grinding fineness constraints, sorting accuracy is limited, the quality of sulfur concentrate is not high. Its iron loss and sulfur loss have an adverse impact on the economic benefits of mines. This article attempts to elaborate this issue from the perspective of the combination of process mineralogy and technical economy and seek solutions.
