作为农村经济活动的主体,民营企业是吸纳人才的主要载体。然而,由于收入差距、产业环境、传统观念等因素的影响,农村及其所属民营经济对人才吸引力不大。农村经济要实现跨越式发展,人才是关键。文章在已有研究成果的基础上,对浙江长兴县的人才集聚模式进行研究,并从产业集聚与人才集聚互动关系以及政府与市场二维关系的角度对该模式作用机理进行分析农村人才集聚。应从产业聚集、产业结构升级和产业与人才的融合等方面进行突破。
As the main body of rural economic activities, private enterprises are the main carriers for absorbing talents. However, due to factors such as income disparity, industrial environment, and traditional concepts, rural areas and their affiliated private economy are not attractive to talents. The rural economy needs to achieve leap-forward development. Talent is the key. Based on the existing research results, the article studies the talent-gathering model of Changxing County, Zhejiang Province, and analyzes the rural talent pool from the perspective of the interaction between industrial agglomeration and talent gathering and the two-dimensional relationship between the government and the market. A breakthrough should be made in terms of industrial clustering, upgrading of industrial structure, and integration of industry and talent.
