目的分析宫颈癌组织中热休克因子1(heat-shock factor 1,HSF1)表达与临床病理特征及生存的相关性。方法收集2009年11月至2013年12月于重庆医科大学附属第一医院妇科直接行手术治疗的FIGO分期为ⅠA~ⅡA期的宫颈癌病例,检测并分析癌组织中HSF1的表达与临床病理特征及无进展生存时间(progress free survival,PFS)的相关性。结果癌组织中HSF1表达强度与癌细胞肌层浸润深度呈显著正相关(P=0.02);在高级别病变、脉管癌栓阳性及淋巴结阳性患者组织中HSF1表达高于低级别病变、无脉管癌栓及淋巴结转移患者,但差异无统计学意义(P=0.45、0.80、0.13)。HSF1表达的高、低对早期宫颈癌的PFS没有显著影响(P=0.33),但癌症基因组图谱(the Cancer Genome Atlas,TCGA)数据库中320例宫颈癌患者的基因数据分析显示:HSF1基因表达越强,患者的预后越差(P=0.02)。结论癌组织中HSF1高强度表达与宫颈癌进展程度直接相关,并可能直接影响生存。
Objective To analyze the correlation between the expression of heat shock factor 1 (HSF1) and clinicopathological features and survival in cervical cancer. Methods From November 2009 to December 2013, patients with FIGO staging ⅠA-ⅡA underwent gynecological surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University were enrolled in this study. The expression and clinicopathological features of HSF1 in cancer tissue were detected and analyzed. And progression free survival (PFS). Results The expression of HSF1 in cancerous tissues was significantly and positively correlated with the depth of myometrial invasion (P = 0.02). The expression of HSF1 was higher in patients with high-grade lesions, vascular cancer thrombosis and lymph node-positive tissues than in low-grade lesions without veins Tumor embolism and lymph node metastasis, but the difference was not statistically significant (P = 0.45,0.80,0.13). The high and low expression of HSF1 had no significant effect on the PFS of early cervical cancer (P = 0.33). However, the genetic data of 320 cervical cancer patients in the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database showed that the expression of HSF1 The patient’s prognosis is poorer (P = 0.02). Conclusion The high expression of HSF1 in cancer tissues is directly related to the progression of cervical cancer and may directly affect the survival.
