近年来,我国已全面进入老龄社会,离退休工作成为党和政府、企业需要共同面对的一个重大挑战。兰州石化作为国有大型企业,离退休工作是履行社会责任、政治责任的重要组成部分。在离退休人员以年均500人的净量不断增加,而活动场所难以同步增加的情况下,如何实现管理跃升,最大限度发挥离退休活动中心的作用,实现石化老人“幸福养老”的宏大目标是离退休工作者面临的一个重要课题,为此,结合企业实际,以兰州石化离退休职工管理一处活动中心为例,进行了探索与思考。
