领导干部作为政府及企业中的决策者和管理者,其所思所想和一举一动都会给整个社会和企业造成较大的影响。领导干部通常拥有着一定的职权和权力,从而使其很容产生利用职权与权力争夺自身最大利益的问题,从而引起领导干部出现较为严重的违纪、违法行为。领导干部身处高位,但又需要受多方制约,从而致使其也可能在较为被动的情况下不得不做出有碍于法律执行的事情。因此,将对领导干部法律执行的监控变被动为主动,让领导干部从思想和意识上养成依法办事的习惯,合理利用法律使用职权、实现自我保护,将能够有效解决领导干部在依法执行时所面临的受多方限制、利益诱惑的困境。为此,本文将对领导干部法律执行中困境进行研究,并提出有效的破解途径,以为我国法律社会、和谐社会的建设贡献自身的力量。
