利用ANSYS中的三维层单元模拟轮胎复合材料,建立了7.00-1614PR斜交轮胎三维有限元分析模型。在此基础上研究了轮胎在额定气压下的主应力、剪应力及帘布端点处层间剪应力的分布规律,并指出了它们对轮胎早期失效的影响。分析结果验证了三维有限元建模的正确性和有限元法应用于层间剪应力分析的有效性。
The 3D finite element analysis model of 7.00-1614PR bias tire was established by simulating the tire composite with 3D layer element in ANSYS. On this basis, the main stress, shear stress and interlaminar shear stress distribution of tire under rated pressure are studied, and their influence on early failure of tire is pointed out. The analysis results verify the correctness of the three-dimensional finite element modeling and the validity of the finite element method applied to the interlaminar shear stress analysis.
