建立3种制动盘制动过程有限元计算模型,即:部分盘间接耦合模型、整盘间接耦合模型、弹塑性热-机耦合模型,并以1∶1制动试验结果和红外线温度成像系统测试的温度为依据,分析不同模型计算结果的准确性和适用性。在部分盘间接耦合模型的基础上,通过改变热流加载方法提出整盘热流移动加载间接耦合模型,该模型可用于模拟计算制动盘的整体温度场和应力场。在接触直接耦合法的基础上,考虑材料的塑性影响,建立弹塑性热-机耦合模型,该模型可用于模拟制动盘摩擦面的局部热损伤。
Three kinds of finite element models of brake disc braking process are established, that is, partial disc indirect coupling model, full disc indirect coupling model and elasto-plastic thermo-mechanical coupling model. The results of 1: 1 braking test and infrared temperature imaging system The temperature of the test is based on the analysis of the accuracy and applicability of different model calculation results. On the basis of partial disk indirect coupling model, the heat and fluid loading method is used to propose a whole-plate heat flow moving load indirect coupling model which can be used to simulate the overall temperature field and stress field of the brake disc. Based on the contact direct coupling method, considering the plastic effect of the material, an elastoplastic thermo-mechanical coupling model is established, which can be used to simulate the local thermal damage on the friction surface of brake disc.
