目的建立元胡药材中脱氢延胡索碱含量测定方法。方法色谱柱使用Diamonsil C-18(250×4.6 mm,5μm);乙腈-0.2%醋酸(18∶82)为流动相;检测波长为340 nm;流速1 mL.min-1。结果盐酸脱氢延胡索碱在进样量0.163 0~1.630 4μg范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为:y=1 553.5x+1.306 1,r=0.999 9;平均回收率为97.9%,RSD为1.38%,n=9。结论本方法简便,灵敏,准确,重现性好,可用于元胡药材的含量测定和质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for determination of dehydrogenated tetrahydropalmatine in Yuanhu medicinal materials. Methods The chromatographic column was Diamonsil C-18(250×4.6 mm, 5 μm); Acetonitrile-0.2% acetic acid (18:82) was used as the mobile phase; the detection wavelength was 340 nm; the flow rate was 1 mL.min-1. Results The linear relationship between the dehydrochloric acid and dehydrotetrahydropalmatine in the range of 0.163 0~1.630 4μg was good. The regression equation was: y=1 553.5x+1.306 1,r=0.999 9; the average recovery was 97.9%, and the RSD was 1.38%. ,n=9. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for determination and quality control of Yuanhu medicinal materials.
