由于传统的圆形断面管片拼装机不能满足异形断面的拼装要求,使用范围受到限制和制约,因此需要研究设计新型异形断面管片拼装机。文中简单介绍了新型异形断面管片拼装机系统的基本机构、工作原理和设计方案,对关键结构——悬臂梁进行有限元模态分析,并对拼装机进行了运动学和动力学仿真分析。结果表明,有无预应力都不影响悬臂梁结构的固有频率,拼装机的运动学与动力学仿真结果接近实际数据,为进一步设计改进拼装机提供了重要依据。
As the traditional circular cross-section pipe assembly machine can not meet the requirements of shaped cross-section assembly, the use of the limited and restricted, it is necessary to study the design of new shaped cross-section pipe assembly machine. In this paper, the basic structure, working principle and design scheme of a new type of profiled pipe segment assembly machine are briefly introduced. The key structure of the cantilever beam is analyzed by finite element method. The kinematic and dynamic simulation of the assembly machine is also analyzed. The results show that whether the prestressing force has any effect on the natural frequency of the cantilever structure, the kinematics and dynamics simulation results of the assembled machine are close to the actual data, which provides an important basis for further design and improvement of the assembly machine.
