增压柴油机在运行时,由于各种因素的影响有时会发生喘振现象。喘振会使废气涡轮增压器气流参数大幅度脉动,性能严重恶化,并出现强烈的“啸叫”声响。因此,柴油机的运行情况也明显恶化:功率下降、排温增高、转速不稳。由此可见喘振是增压柴油机运行中的重大危害之一。本文将阐述废气涡轮增压柴油机在工作时喘振的内在机理和外界条件,以及介绍几种新颖的防喘方法。试验证明,这些方法既可以扩大压气机的稳定工作范围、防止喘振,又可以改善压气机性能。
Turbocharged diesel engines in operation, due to various factors sometimes surge phenomenon occurs. Surge will make the exhaust turbocharger airflow parameters fluctuate severely deteriorated performance, and a strong “howling” sound. Therefore, the operation of diesel engines also significantly deteriorated: power decline, increased temperature, speed instability. This shows that surge is one of the major hazards of turbocharged diesel engine operation. This article will elaborate the inherent mechanism and external conditions of the exhaust turbocharged diesel engine surge during operation, and introduce several novel anti-asthma methods. Experiments show that these methods can not only expand the stable working range of the compressor, prevent surge, but also improve the performance of the compressor.
