压缩式一体化育苗营养基CIS(Compr-essed Integration Substrates)是中国科学院东北地理与农业生态研究所研制的一种以泥炭为主要原料的育苗固型营养基质。为对CIS的推广和应用提供理论基础和科学依据,本文研究了CIS育苗营养基的养分释放特性。结果表明,CIS育苗营养基可延缓铵态氮的释放时间,有利于提高铵态氮的利用率;对土壤中的硝态氮和速效钾有吸附和保持能力,可以延缓养分释放速度,起到保肥作用;对基质的pH有缓冲作用,并能平衡基质中的盐分浓度,改善种苗的生长环境。
Compressive integrated seedling nutrition base CIS (Compr-essed Integration Substrates) is a Northeast China Institute of Geography and Agro-ecology developed by peat as the main raw material nursery solid nutrient substrate. In order to provide a theoretical basis and scientific basis for the promotion and application of CIS, this paper studied the nutrient release characteristics of CIS seedling nutrient base. The results showed that the seedling culture medium of CIS could delay the release time of ammonium nitrogen and improve the utilization rate of ammonium nitrogen. The adsorption and retention ability of nitrate nitrogen and available potassium in soil could delay the release rate of nutrient, Fertilizer effect; the pH of the matrix buffer, and can balance the salt concentration in the matrix to improve the growth of seedlings environment.
