以江西某地石煤为试验原料进行焙烧添加剂试验研究,分别考察用NaCl、Na2CO3、CaO及DN作焙烧添加剂对钒浸出率的影响,结果表明,以DN为添加剂时焙烧效果明显优于其他3种添加剂;对加入DN后的最佳焙烧工艺参数进行了试验,在DN配比为4%,750℃下焙烧90 min时效果最佳,用体积浓度为10%硫酸在95℃浸出2 h,钒浸出率达82.17%。结合XRD和SEM检测,对DN在焙烧过程中相关作用机理进行了探讨。
The effect of roasting additive on the vanadium leaching rate with NaCl, Na2CO3, CaO and DN as roasting additives was investigated. The results showed that roasting with DN as additive was superior to the other three The best roasting process parameters after adding DN were tested.
