一、概述钢管混凝土结构是一种新颖组合结构,它介于钢结构和钢筋混凝土结构之间,兼有这二种结构的特性和优点。构件在受荷情况下,钢管和混凝土间相互抑制,共同工作,钢管对混凝土产生紧箍作用,使受到约束而处于三向应力状态,强度得到充分提高,体现了优异的力学性能,并具有刚度大、自重轻,制作简单、吊装方便,施工周期短等显著优点,有相当的发展前途。为适应建设事业的发展,钢管混凝土柱在单层工业厂房使用成功的基础上,转向了多层工业广房使用的研究,并以上海第三十一棉纺织厂综合车间为试点工程,首次以单根钢管混凝土柱作为多层工业厂房承重柱而取得成功。从1982年9月正式投产

Single concrete-filled steel tube columns have been successful as bearing columns for multi-layer industrial plants. Formally put into production in September 1982
