许多研究表明,人的体力水平和耐力与心肺功能和有氧代谢密切相关。最大摄氧量(Vo_2max)是衡量人体心肺功能和有氧代谢能力的较好指标。有计划的体力训练可以提高Vo_2max及运动成绩和劳动能力。最近,认为,体力训练对提高人对高温、低温、缺氧的应激能力具有交叉作用。很多作者通过研究一致认为,在常温环境进行有计划的体力训练可以提高Vo_2max及高温运动耐力,加速热习服形成。本文着重讨论人的体力水平和训练与耐热能力的关系,探讨预测人的耐热能力和挑选从事高温作业人员的指标和方法。
Many studies show that people’s physical strength and endurance are closely related to cardiopulmonary function and aerobic metabolism. The maximum oxygen uptake (Vo_2max) is a good indicator of the cardiopulmonary function and aerobic metabolism. Planned physical training can improve Vo_2max and athletic performance and work ability. Recently, it is believed that physical training has a cross-cutting effect on improving people’s ability to cope with high temperature, hypothermia and hypoxia. Many authors agree through research that planned physical training at room temperature can improve Vo_2max and high temperature exercise endurance and accelerate the formation of hot acclimatization. This article focuses on the relationship between man’s physical strength and training and heat tolerance, to explore the prediction of human heat tolerance and selection of indicators and methods of working in high temperature workers.
