目的:以某高职院校为例研究应届毕业生就业焦虑的影响,为大学生就业心理辅导提供一定的指导意见。方法:利用大学生就业焦虑量表及大学毕业生就业调查问卷,采用SPSS19.0统计分析软件对数据进行分析处理。结果:非独生子女、在校成绩越好的大学生、认为就业关键是内因和外因的大学生在就业焦虑得分上有差异性(P<0.01)。结论:大多数应届毕业生面对就业持积极态度,内外性人格特质的人群在主被动应对就业困难时具有差异性。
OBJECTIVE: To study the influence of employment anxiety on graduates with a vocational college as an example to provide some guidance for college students’ employment counseling. Methods: Using the college students’ employment anxiety scale and college graduates employment questionnaire, using SPSS19.0 statistical analysis software to analyze and process the data. Results: The non-only-child college students who achieved the best results in school thought that the key factor of employment was the differences of employment anxiety scores between the internal and external college students (P <0.01). Conclusion: Most of the fresh graduates face a positive attitude toward employment, and the crowd of internal and external personality traits are different in the main and passive response to employment difficulties.
