一、教学现状1.教师负担重我在教学工作中了解到,农村小学英语教师大多是兼职的,除教语文或数学外,还教英语,或者是除英语外,还要兼教思想品德课、科学课等,使教师没有时间和精力做好课前准备,无形中增加了老师的负担,进而直接影响了教学效果。2.教师水平参差不齐农村英语教师有的只受过几个月的英语培训,有的教师甚至是自学的英语。教师本身英语基础知识薄弱,词汇量少,发音不准。3.课时安排不合理
