液压试验或气压试验是压力容器设计、制造中必不可少的环节之一。其目的是为了检查容器在超工作压力下密封结构的可靠性,焊缝的致密性以及容器的宏观强度。本文运用可靠性方法对按规范设计的压力容器分别在设计压力、试验压力(液压及气压试验)下进行了可靠度计算分析,并得到一些有益的结论,
Hydraulic test or pressure test is one of the essential links in pressure vessel design and manufacture. The purpose is to check the reliability of the seal structure, the densification of the weld and the macroscopic strength of the container under super-working pressure. In this paper, the reliability method is used to calculate and analyze the reliability of pressure vessels designed according to specifications under design pressure and test pressure (hydraulic pressure and pressure test), and some useful conclusions are obtained.
