目的:用X-射线荧光元素分析技术建立快速筛查化妆品中铅、汞、锑、砷的方法。方法:本方法采用便携式X射线荧光元素分析仪,研究了乳液、霜及粉底对待测元素的基体影响,研究了元素间的干扰,考察了测量模式、测试时间和样品厚度对测量结果的影响。结果:样品不需预处理,采用校正工作曲线法,均获得了非常好的线性,铅、汞、锑、砷回收率分别为98.3%、94.0%、89.1%、102.6%,检出限为铅2 mg·kg-1、砷2 mg·kg-1、汞3 mg·kg-1、锑4 mg·kg-1。对12种市售样品进行检测,并与ICP-AES数据比较,数据结果 t检验分别为0.107、0.134,大于0.05,2种方法无显著性差异。结论:该方法适用于快速筛查化妆品中的铅、汞、砷、锑。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a rapid screening method for lead, mercury, antimony and arsenic in cosmetics by X-ray fluorescence elemental analysis. Methods: The portable X-ray fluorescence elemental analyzer was used to study the influence of emulsion, cream and foundation on the matrix of the elements to be tested. The interference between elements was studied. The influence of measurement mode, test time and sample thickness on the measurement results was investigated. Results: The samples were obtained without any pretreatment and calibration curves. The recoveries of lead, mercury, antimony and arsenic were 98.3%, 94.0%, 89.1% and 102.6%, respectively. The detection limits were lead 2 mg · kg-1, 2 mg · kg-1 arsenic, 3 mg · kg-1 mercury and 4 mg · kg-1 antimony. Twelve commercially available samples were tested and compared with ICP-AES data, t test results were 0.107,0.134, greater than 0.05, no significant difference between the two methods. Conclusion: This method is suitable for rapid screening of lead, mercury, arsenic and antimony in cosmetics.
