在三组分复合锂基脂中引入钙皂制备复合锂-钙基脂。考察了复合锂-钙基脂的组成、制备工艺和条件,各种因素对成脂性能的影响,以及几种添加剂在复合锂-钙基脂中的应用效果。制备的复合锂-钙基脂具有高滴点和良好的胶体安定性、剪切安定性,良好的抗水性、防腐性和润滑性。通过电子显微镜和差热分析表明,稠化剂形成了统一的共晶结构。复合锂-钙基脂的皂纤维与复合锂基脂的类似,但产品的成本有所降低,产品的抗水性和抗磨性有所提高。
Lithium soap was prepared by introducing lithium soap into the three component lithium complex grease. The composition, preparation process and conditions of the composite lithium-calcium-based grease, the effects of various factors on the fat-forming properties, and the application effects of several additives in the lithium-calcium based grease were investigated. The prepared lithium-calcium-based grease has high dropping point and good colloidal stability, shear stability, good water resistance, corrosion resistance and lubricity. Electron microscopy and differential thermal analysis showed that the thickener formed a uniform eutectic structure. The complex lithium-calcium-based soap fiber is similar to the lithium complex grease, but the cost of the product is reduced, and the water resistance and abrasion resistance of the product are improved.
