提出了一种参数曲面与平面的精确求交新方法。此方法基于平面的半空间性质,通过参数域平面内的二向线性插值,将求交问题转化为一系列简单的离散、判断、比较和排序等运算,能较好地解决常规求交算法中曲面片内的交线不连续和交线丢失问题。由于该算法简便可靠、计算精度高,在自由曲面数控加工编程中具有广泛的应用场合,对提高航空、航天和汽车等领域的自由曲面数控加工精度具有重要的现实意义。
A new method of exact intersection of parameter surface and plane is proposed. Based on the half-space property of the plane, this method transforms the intersection problem into a series of simple operations such as discrete, judgment, comparison and sorting through the two-way linear interpolation in the parameter domain. Surface intersection of the line is not continuous and intersection line loss problem. Because of the simplicity and reliability of the proposed algorithm and its high computational accuracy, it has a wide range of applications in NC machining programming of freeform surfaces and has important practical significance for improving the NC machining accuracy of freeform surfaces in aerospace, aerospace and automotive fields.
