利用先进的激光点火设备,在点火热流为2.09×10~5~1.05×10~6W/m~2、初温为-10~20℃的条件下对两种配方(410—2、421—4)的复合固体推进剂进行了比较实验,测量了点火延迟时间。并用二元线性回归方法,在常压下对实验数据进行了回归分析,建立了点火热流和推进剂表面初温对点火延迟影响的回归方程,其计算与实验结果基本一致。
Using advanced laser ignition equipment, two kinds of recipes (410-2, 421-4) were prepared under the conditions of ignition heat flux of 2.09 × 10 ~ 5 ~ 1.05 × 10 ~ 6W / m ~ 2 and initial temperature of -10 ~ 20 ℃ ) Composite solid propellants were compared experimentally, the ignition delay time was measured. Regression analysis of the experimental data under normal pressure was carried out by using binary linear regression method. The regression equation of the influence of ignition heat flux and initial surface temperature of the propellant on ignition delay was established. The calculation and experimental results are basically the same.
