【目的/意义】知识通过流转产生价值,从知识流转的视角发掘学术虚拟社区知识活动的内部规律,研究知识流转的驱动机制,有助于提高学术虚拟社区的知识服务能力。【方法/过程】在解释知识流转内涵的基础上探究知识流转过程,析出知识流转过程中的驱动因素,包含用户需求、参与动机、参与度、情境、社区影响力等,并运用系统动力学方法分析知识流转的驱动机制。【结果/结论】构建了学术虚拟社区知识流转的驱动模型,形成了3条具有驱动作用的反馈回路,进而揭示学术虚拟社区知识流转的驱动规律和机制。
[Purpose / Significance] Knowledge generates value through circulation, and excavates the internal rules of knowledge activities of academic virtual communities from the perspective of knowledge circulation, and studies the driving mechanism of knowledge circulation, which helps to improve the knowledge service ability of academic virtual communities. Methods / Processes To explore the process of knowledge transfer on the basis of explaining the connotation of knowledge transfer, and to find out the driving factors in the process of knowledge transfer, including user needs, motivation, participation, situation and community influence, and using system dynamics Analysis of the driving force of knowledge transfer. [Results / Conclusion] A driving model of knowledge circulation in academic virtual community was constructed, and three feedback loops with driving effect were formed. Then the driving law and mechanism of knowledge circulation in academic virtual community were revealed.
