一些住在高层楼上的年老体弱者,因为懒得下楼,常喜欢坐在窗旁观街景;一些忙碌一天的人,晚上长时间地坐在电视机旁看节目;一些电脑发烧友,玩游戏一坐几小时;有些人迫于工作压力,不得不长时间坐着打字、看书;还有一些人,从事的工作就得坐着:如司机、会计、棋手等。奉劝这些久坐的人,坐45分钟后,请站起来活动一下吧。我国古医书《黄帝内经》中指出“久坐伤肉”,所谓“肉”是指身体。据加拿大调查发现,坐的时间过长,超过一定程度,称为“体能活动不主动型”,头两年没事,后两年当中,比从事“温和活动”的人罹患心脏病的概率多了5倍,产生精神抑郁现象的人多了1.7倍。久坐不动,在我国古代,属于“过逸”,会造成人体损伤,不利于延年益寿。
