目的 本文对督导短程治疗 (DOTS)策略在结核病控制工作中的作用及效果进行总结分析。方法 从我省实施“卫生部加强与促进结核病控制项目”首批五个示范点的病人发现、治管效果等方面进行归纳总结。结果 首批五个项目示范点以少量的投入 2年来共治疗管理项目病人 773例 ,其中初治 6 74例 ,复治 99例 ,2月末痰菌转阴率初治 87 1% ,复治 76 8% ,满疗程治愈率初治 91 5 % ,复治 82 8%。结论 DOTS策略在我省首批实施工作中的应用取得显著成效 ,充分显示了DOTS策略的再现性 ,是保证结核病控制工作可持续发展的重要技术措施
Objectives This paper summarizes the role and effect of supervised short-course treatment (DOTS) strategies in tuberculosis control. Methods From the implementation of the “Ministry of Health to strengthen and promote tuberculosis control projects,” the first five demonstration sites of patient discovery, control effects and other aspects summarized. Results The first five project demonstration sites with a small amount of investment 2 years to treat a total of 773 cases of management and management projects, of which 674 cases of initial treatment, 99 cases of retreatment, 2 at the end of the initial treatment of sputum negative rate of 87 1%, 76 8%, the full course of cure rate of 91 5%, 82 82% of retreatment. Conclusion The DOTS strategy achieved remarkable results in the first implementation of the project in our province, fully demonstrating the reproducibility of the DOTS strategy and is an important technical measure to ensure the sustainable development of tuberculosis control
