目的:探讨改革排班与分工模式在二级医院护理中的应用。方法:通过改革传统的排班与分工模式,结合APN排班的精神,改变排班与分工模式,比较2015年上半年与2016年上半年两种排班模式的人力成本、患者满意度及最满意护士人次。结果:新的排班模式全年可节约146个工作日;住院患者对护理工作满意率由90.01%上升到97.37%,最满意护士人次由18人次提高到35人次。结论:新的排班与分工模式达到了节约护士人力成本,同时把责任护士的时间更多地还给病人,体现了以人为本的服务理念,推进优质护理,提高了患者满意度。
Objective: To discuss the application of reform scheduling and division of labor in the second-class hospital nursing. Methods: By revising the traditional scheduling and division of labor model and combining with the schedule of APN scheduling, the shift schedule and division of labor pattern were changed. The comparison of the labor costs, patient satisfaction and patient satisfaction of the two shift patterns in the first half of 2016 and the first half of 2016 was made Satisfied with the number of nurses. Results: The new shift schedule saved 146 working days throughout the year. The satisfaction rate of inpatients with nursing work increased from 90.01% to 97.37%. Conclusion: The new scheduling and division of labor practices have saved the labor cost of nurses and returned the responsible nurses more time to patients. It reflects the people-oriented service concept, promotes quality nursing and improves patient satisfaction.
