一九八四年八月二十六日至九月二十五日,我同周传基同志代表北京电影学院出席了在斯德哥尔莫举行的国际电影电视学校联络中心(简称Cilect)第二十二届年会,会后又参观、访问了瑞典、丹麦、法国、西德四国的五所电影院校。现将这次出访有关电影教育的观感介绍一下。Cilect——电影教育的国际组织Cilect,即国际电影电视联络中心,是世界上最老、规模最大的一个电影、电视教育的组织。它于1955年成立于法国的戛纳。开始主要是欧洲、北美的一些学校参加,后来逐步扩大,成为了世界范围的组织。现在.它拥有二十六个国家的五十多所院校为正会员和副会员。世界上最老的电影学校——苏联莫斯科的苏联电影学院(它建立于1919年),以及1926、1935年相继建立的慕尼黑电影学校、罗马电影实验中心都是它的会员。目前在世界上十分出名的美国加州大学、南加州大学电影系、法国高等电影学院,以及北
