目的:研究远程通讯反馈对新疆兵团偏远散居地区高血压病防治的影响,为新疆兵团偏远散居高血压病患者的社区防治工作提供有效措施。方法:选取2013年1月-2013年6月新疆兵团系统的180例高血压病患者,分为远程通讯反馈组(即实验组)与常规治疗组(即对照组),每组各90人。观察对比两组患者12个月后的血压达标率,生活方式的改善率,服药的依从性,体重指数,空腹血糖、血浆总胆固醇、甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇等生化指标及脉搏波传导速度(brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity,baPWV)的改变。结果:与远程通讯反馈干预前相比,实验组的血压达标率、生活方式的改善率、服药的依从性明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)明显低于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于转化医学观念下的远程通讯反馈模式适合兵团系统偏远地区高血压病的防治,此模式的应用可使兵团偏远地区散居患者的血压得到满意的控制,减少靶器官损害。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of remote communication feedback on the prevention and treatment of hypertension in the remote area of Xinjiang Corps, and to provide effective measures for the prevention and control of community-based hypertension in Xinjiang Corps. Methods: One hundred and eighty hypertensive patients in Xinjiang Corps system from January 2013 to June 2013 were selected and divided into two groups: the telecontrol feedback group (experimental group) and the conventional treatment group (control group), with 90 patients in each group. Observe the blood pressure compliance rate, lifestyle improvement rate, medication compliance, body mass index, fasting blood glucose, plasma total cholesterol, triglycerides, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol And other biochemical parameters and pulse wave velocity (brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity, baPWV) changes. Results: Compared with that before long-distance communication intervention, the blood pressure compliance rate, lifestyle improvement rate and medication compliance of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The telematics feedback model based on the concept of translational medicine is suitable for the prevention and treatment of hypertension in remote areas of the Corps. The application of this model can satisfactorily control the diaspora in remote areas and reduce the target organ damage.
