以绿盲蝽偏好程度不同的5种寄主植物为材料,利用生物化学方法分析了受绿盲蝽危害后各寄主体内生理代谢指标的变化。结果表明,受害后各寄主植物体内叶绿素与蛋白质含量均有不同程度的下降,下降率在10%~40%之间。可溶性糖含量的变化较大,绿盲蝽偏好程度较高的苜蓿与绿豆,糖含量较未受害对照分别高62.10%和31.90%,差异达显著水平。受害后除Bt棉体内游离脯氨酸含量明显下降外,其它寄主脯氨酸含量均增加,以大豆增加最显著(53.47%)。受害后寄主植物体内3种保护酶活性有增有减,但活性变化与偏好程度呈正相关性,5种寄主植物体内POD活性均增加,其中苜蓿增加最多(133.00%),仅大豆体内SOD活性下降(3.17%),苜蓿、大豆、甜叶菊体内CAT活性均下降。
Five species of host plants with different preference degree of Apolygus lucorum were used as materials to analyze the changes of physiological and metabolic indices of hosts after being stained by Lygus nematodes using biochemical methods. The results showed that the contents of chlorophyll and protein in host plants decreased to some extent after the victimization, with the decreasing rate being between 10% and 40%. The content of soluble sugar changed a lot, and the higher preference of M. lucorum was 62.10% and 31.90% higher than that of the unaffected control, the difference was significant. The content of proline in other hosts increased except for the content of free proline in Bt cotton after injury, with the most significant increase in soybean (53.47%). The activities of three kinds of protective enzymes increased or decreased in host plants after the victimization, but the activity changes were positively correlated with the degree of preference. The activity of POD increased in all five host plants, in which alfalfa increased most (133.00%), but SOD activity decreased only in soybean (3.17%). CAT activity in alfalfa, soybean and stevia decreased.
