夹具设计是制造过程的一个重要组成部分,组合夹具是FMS实现真正柔性的关键技术之一。我们根据组合夹具设计的实际需要设计了一个计算机辅助组合夹具设计系统,该系统主要包括自动选件、元件数据库及图形库管理、元件交互组装三部分。系统能够根据用户输入的工件加工工艺信息及选择的夹具结构形式自动选择组合夹具元件,然后基于一个三维交互组装环境实现组合夹具元件的交互组装,系统建立了组合夹具元件的参数化数据库、图形库及元件自动选择的知识库,基于AutoCAD建立了一个三维交互组装环境。
Fixture design is an important part of the manufacturing process. Combined fixtures are one of the key technologies that make FMS truly flexible. According to the actual needs of the design of combined fixture, we designed a computer-aided combination of fixture design system, which includes automatic options, component database and graphics library management, component interaction assembly of three parts. The system can automatically select the combination fixture components according to the information of the workpiece processing technology input by the user and the selected fixture structure, and then realize the interactive assembly of the fixture components based on a three-dimensional interactive assembly environment. The system establishes the parameterized database of the combination fixture components, And components automatically selected knowledge base, based on AutoCAD to establish a three-dimensional interactive assembly environment.
