同时,三位乘员还完成了每周1次的心理状态量表(profile of mood state,POMS)以及每2周1次的团队环境量表(group environment scale,GES)与工作环境量表(work environment scale,WES).结果 乘组午餐用时时长随实验开展而显著增长,并与乘组人员的精力显著相关.积极面部表情与3个心理量表的诸多维度存在显著相关.结论 吃饭时长和积极面部情绪可以反映乘组人员的情绪状态,并可以帮助评估乘组人员对团队环境和工作环境的感知.“,”Objective To analyze the interpersonal relationship interaction and psychological state changes in the long-term isolation and limited environment, and to explore the connection between the behavior and mental state of crew members. Methods Three Chinese crew members were confined at Lunar Palace 1 (a comprehensive base experiment for the life support of artificially closed ecological system),and completed 80 days of long-term isolation and isolation experiments.Ethological analyses based on video recordings of lunch each day were conducted using Observer XT to find the change patterns of behaviour.Meanwhile, subjects completed three validated and reliable psychological questionnaires, including weekly POMS (profile of mood state),biweekly WES(work environment scale),and GES(group environment scale). Results The duration of lunchtime increased significantly over time, and correlated positively with vigour.Positive facial expressions such as smiling and laughing were significantly negatively correlated with negative emotions assessed by the POMS and with many items in the GES and WES.Conclusion Lunch break durations and positive facial expressions seem to be particularly sensitive indicators of the emotional states of crew members, and may be useful to assess group environment and work environment.
